Do you have a very strong pain in your neck which is not going away?  You are probably suffering from torticollis.  This is when a large muscle in your neck contracts causing severe pain.  Ladies are less affected by this condition than men but regardless of your gender the throbbing pain is still there.  Daily life can become difficult as even the simplest of actions can become an ordeal as you try and keep your head straight and in a comfortable position. Here are two excellent remedies if this is something you are having to deal with!

  • 20 ml of St. John’s Wort oily macerate
  • 15 drops of Ravintsara or Ho Leaf essential oil
  • 10 drops of Eucalyptus radiata essential oil

Steps:

1) Mix the ingredients and transfer the whole lot into an airtight glass bottle.

2) Measure out a few drops of your mixture onto your hand.

3) Massage the affected, painful area for a few minutes.

2) Second Mixture

6 drops of each of the following

  • St. John’s Wort oily macerate
  • Rosemary essential oil
  • Wintergreen essential oil
