You may well have scrubbed until your arm was sore, but certain stains simply won’t budge, and appear resistant to all cleaning attempts. This is especially the case with burn marks, which always require a huge effort to get rid of them. The worst part is that you can’t simply scrub any old way, using any old implement, as you run the risk of damaging the pan or the pot. Today, we have a technique for you that could prove very useful in the kitchen, using nothing more than a simple can of cola! And when we see the efficacy of this cleaning method, it reminds us that just because it’s drinkable doesn’t mean it’s good for our bodies!

And to really make the most of your Coca-Cola, we recommend that you cast an eye over our article on its diverse uses. You may be surprised!

What you need:

  • A burned pot or pan
  • Some Coca Cola
  • A scraper

Method:

1) Start by pouring the Coca Cola into the burned pot or pan.

2) Heat the Coca Cola over a low heat for 20 minutes.
