Your body can sometimes go through periods when it lacks energy especially when it is cold outside or if you have had a tiring week at work. You often get less sleep or wake up feeling just as tired as you did the night before. Often this is a sign that you are ill or just about to be hit by a nasty cold. However if you are needing an energy boost to help you get through your day you can use a simple mixture of essential oils. Here is a really easy way of using essential oils to get your body back on track!
What you need:
- Lemon essential oil
- Cinnamon essential oil
- Neutral support: tablet, honey, olive oil, sugar…
1) Drop two droplets of each essential oil onto the neutral support of your choice.
2) Take this mixture each morning for five days. You should find that you have more energy that you can get up in the morning and concentrate better at work and in your day to day life. What is ore this mixture boosts your immunity which helps you to not fall ill.
Good to know:
If you don’t like cinnamon oil you don’t have to use it as lemon oil will work just as well on its own!
