We do not all have the chance to be a fairytale princess. For us ordinary mortals, farting, burping, bloating and the sensations of being heavy like a bag of potatoes can be daily for some. Here is a natural way for over the course of a week to combat this phenomenon of annoying excessive air in the stomach.


  • Camomille infusion
  • Tarragon Essential Oil

1) Prepare an infusion of camomille.

2) Add two drops of tarragon essential oil and mix well.

3) Wait two minutes then drink this mixture. Repeat and drink morning, midday and evening.

To prevent the return of bloating:

Watch out for your diet. Avoid, among other things, soft drinks, caffeine, alcohol, sugar and white flour. You can consume foods of: for seasonal fruits and vegetables, you can opt for avocado, papaya, pineapple or kiwi. Also spices such as cumin, dill, coriander or cinnamon can help combat this bloating so put add them in your dishes!

Finally, you can also warm yourself with herbal teas containing peppermint, rosemary, lemon balm, green aniseed or  thyme. So, not only do you fight the cold of winter, but also your gas problems.
