Foods that relieve constipation and bloating:

1) Fennel

Fennel promotes good digestion and reduces bloating and gas. It also has anti-spasmodic properties. You can remediate your digestion problems with 1 to 2 grams of dried fennel seeds 1 to 3 times a day. Infusing 1 to 3 grams of fennel seeds in 150 mls of boiling water for around 10 minutes, and drinking 2 to 3 cups a day can also be a good option. Note that it is not recommended that you exceed 7 g of fennel seeds per day.
