You need to keep adding oil and even then it doesn’t seem like you have given them enough. Now they are filled with oil they seem a little less appetising. What you need:
- Two eggs
1) Wash, peel and cut your aubergine.
2) Separate the egg whites from you eggs and beat the whites together for a minute.
3) Dip your brush into the mixture and coat all the surfaces of the aubergine with a thin layer of the egg white.
4) Cook your aubergines together in a pan on a low heat with a little oil.
