Having a larger chest is a dream for many women. The problem is that many of the solutions are drastic and artificial. The best known way of going about it is to have a boob job, which isn’t as straightforward as you may think. However, there are natural solutions for adding volume to your cleavage. Of course, you’re not going to go from an A to an F cup, but there are a few natural ways to grow your breasts a little without going under the knife. We are going to share some techniques using these 6 reputed plants. 

1) Fenugreek

You will find fenugreek seeds in the spice aisles in the supermarket, and it is said that it is a great plant for stimulating appetite, digestion and weight loss. But what we are interested in is its high levels of phytoestrogens, which allow it to stimulate lactation and therefore increase the size of your breasts.

We advise you to massage your breasts using fenugreek oil. If you can’t find it in the shops or online, you can grind the seeds and allow them to soak overnight in vegetable oil. Apply it for a maximum of 10 days, and stop for 3 days before starting again.

If you are pregnant or allergic to nuts, this is to be avoided.

2) Burdock

Burdock increases blood flow around the breast area, thus increasing their volume. Thanks to its oestrogen, it is beneficial for the mammary glands. You can make an infusion with 3 to 6 g of burdock roots or leaves in a half litre of hot water. Drink one cup 3 times a day. What’s more, it is an excellent detox, antibacterial and anti-cancer ingredient. However, it is to be avoided if you have kidney stones, are pregnant or breastfeeding.

3) Fennel

Fennel is great for digestion and protects the liver, but that’s not all! It modifies the level of oestrogen in the body thanks to the compounds it contains (anethole, dianethole, photoanethole and phytoestrogens). These allow it to regulate the menstrual cycle, stimulate lactation and increase the size of your breasts. Make an infusion with 3 grams of fennel seeds (which is the maximum daily dosage) in 250 mls of boiling water. 20 to 30 minutes before your meal, drink 1 cup the first week, 2 the second week and 3 the third.

Contra-indications: precursors of a seizure, epilepsy, having tumours, being on the pill, pregnancy, breastfeeding or being on certain medications (ask your doctor for advice).

4) Pueraria mirifica (or Kwao Krua)

Originally, this Thai plant was used for promoting memory and fighting against senility. In 1950, a British botanist, Herbert Kenneth Airy Shaw, referred to it as a “fountain of youth”. But another of its qualities is its richness in phytoestrogens. This plant promotes blood circulation, the accumulation of fats in the breasts and the hydration of this area. According to a study, it should be consumed daily to see results within 3 to 6 months.

5) Aniseed

Aniseed contains high levels of phytoestrogens. Go for green aniseeds and consume them regularly for bigger breasts.

6) Licorice root

Licorice root contains two key hormones in terms of increasing breast size: prolactin and oestrogen. You need to grind a small quantity (the equivalent of a teaspoon). Before your three main meals, you need to put the ground root under your tongue for 15 minutes before swallowing it with the help of a large glass of water.
