1/Drink 3 glasses of water with parsley, salt and black pepper every day.
2/ Drink a glass of lukewarm water whilst sober with two spoons of honey.
3/ Eat artichokes, ginger, liquorice, mint…. in all their forms.
4/ Absorb 1/2 a glass of potato juice, 2 or 3 times per day, 1/2h before your meal.
5/ Add 15 drops of grapefruit seed oil diluted in a glass of water. Do this 3 times/a day.
