What you need:
- A quarter of a medium sized cabbage
- Three large carrots
- A glass of water
1) Chop the cabbage into small pieces.
2) Wash the carrots, cut the ends off them and peel the skin.
3) Cut the carrots into small pieces.
4) Put everything into a blender or smoothie maker and add the glass of water.
5) Blend everything together.
6) And it’s ready! Drink the mixture immediately after preparing it.
